Sales / Underwriting 

Salary: Up to £18,000 (experience dependent) potential £27,500. The role is telephone-based (both in and outbound calls) selling car insurance, there is no cold-calling requirement.

Requirements: Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, computer literate and outgoing personality.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm.

Duties are primarily telephone based; receiving calls from prospective customers, taking all relevant information, providing accurate quotations for motor insurance and securing the sale of the policy. Customers will need to be advised of all policy details, including policy excesses and additional benefits. You will take payments to initiate cover, set-up payment plans, deal with online quotations and contact customers that have requested quotation callbacks.

Successful candidates will be given full training on our products and how to use the computer system. You will be trained in insurance underwriting and learn sales techniques to place and secure business. No previous sales experience is required but good communication skills that translate to a confident and friendly telephone manner are essential for this position.

Customer Services

Salary: Up to £17,000 (experience dependent) potential £26,250. The role is telephone-based (both in and outbound calls) handling customers' car insurance queries.

Requirements: Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, computer literate and outgoing personality.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm or 10am to 7pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm.

Your duties will involve offering our existing clients a complete customer care package. You will deal mostly with incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our clients' insurance. These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests, renewing policies and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have.

Successful candidates will receive full training on our range of products, how best to meet our customers' requirements and how to use the computer system. Successful applicants must be customer focused and able to work in a high paced, versatile and dynamic team. Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Administration

Salary: Up to £15,000 (experience dependent) potential £19.5k. The role is administration based, handling customer enquiries via post and email.

Requirements: Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, computer literate and methodical.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm.

Your main duties will involve processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for our client's insurance policies. These duties include checking received correspondence is complete, chasing outstanding documents and sending out policy certificates, along with dealing with insurance company paperwork and memos.

You will also process internal diaries, policy payments and deal with organisations who deliver company supplies. You will be required to use the telephone, predominantly making outgoing calls. Successful candidates will receive full training on our range of products, how best to meet our customers' requirements and how to use the computer system. Previous administrative experience is not required, but successful applicants must be proactive, efficient and highly self-motivated.
